- Once again, some more 3d fixes
- Animated Wipers
- Optimised LODs
- LCS based (Car might look weird in Gamma)
- Fixed driver position/hands
- Lowered sound volume

Car might have some bugs, this was to iron out most of them before I don't have time again.
